Bookwood Cottage is limited to four (4) guests, no additional guest.

A credit card number is necessary to hold your reservation and serve as a security deposit in case of damage or loss of property occurring during your stay.

Cancellation:
Your reservation will be held by your credit card. You must cancel your reservation within seven business days of rental or your card will be charged for any reserved nights that we are unable to rebook. Holiday reservations (including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day) must be canceled a month in advance of reservation. Summer rentals for longer than a week, must be canceled prior to one month of rental.

No Show Reservations:
Guest will be charged for full amount for failure to show.

Cleaning Fee:
There is a one time cleaning fee of $45.

Damage Fees:
Damage fees will be charged to your credit card for items damaged or destroyed.

Missing Items:
Cost for replacement fee will be charged to credit card for items removed from Bookwood. Please double check that items are not removed accidentally. Any books, magazines, not including paperback books and current magazines, are not to be removed without permission of owners.

Pets:
Pets are welcome. You are responsible for any damage done by your pet.
